Raining Monday afternoon
Dinner of Sunday. Mee pok with fish ball, fish cake and tiny teeny bit of minced pork. 6.5/10. Quite a lot of $3.

Thursday and Friday's Lunch Preparation
Thinking of getting this trolley for the kitchen, but called up IKEA and was told to have sold out.
For Thursday's lunch, there was some leftover pak choi in the fridge so I stir fried them with fish cake. Didn't turn out that bad, a bit over-seasoned though.
Ingredients prepared for sambal belachan kang kong. I bought another can of sambal belacan from Fairprice to see whether I can achieve better results than the one from Prime.

Century Egg & Fish Cake Porridge
Yes a successful attempt at making porridge again for lunch today. Threw in century egg and fish cake with a bit of sesame oil and salt and let it boil for a good 15 mins. It does look brownish due to the century egg but it is tasteful and nice!

Reached Bukit Batok at this time on Wednesday.
Didn't know what to have for lunch, and didn't want to go out because I've got no slippers. Checked the cabinet and the fridge for food, eventually decided to prepare porridge. The previous attempt at porridge failed, so I'm curious to find out how the second time will turn out to be.
Haha didn't turn out too bad.

The second day at Bukit Batok
The snack before lunch on Monday, 香味肉乾.
Defrosting the shrimp wanton and tofu for Tuesday's lunch.
Taking my lunch while watching Seinfeld.
Too lazy to do the washing.

The first morning...
View from the kitchen window.
Scrambled eggs (4) with shitake and chilli. Realised floor was slightly oily after frying and ended up mopping it. And with the washing, it seemed like too much work just for a simple breakfast.
